BioRegional Consulting has hands-on experience in delivering pragmatic and cost-effective environmental solutions. - Design team workshops
Align the design and delivery team tol give an overview of where environmental impacts arise from and a framework for thinking clearly about sustainability using the ten One Plant Living principles.
- Assessment of the environmental impact
Carry out systems based analysis of the development with estimates of material flows enabling
identification of main environmental impacts during construction and operation

We are able to devise and implement specific strategies as part of the design process, with
particular emphasis on lifestyles and long term management. This could cover areas such as
materials, waste, transport and food.
- Reduce the environmental impact
Use environmental impact information to inform design team approach and use this information to carry
out BRE EcoHomes and BREEAM Assessments.
- Grant funding
Assist in identifying and securing grants and ethical investment for certain aspects of the development
- Ongoing monitoring
Monitor and analyse the environmental performance of the development to ensure that targets are being
met and identifying remedial action if they are not.
