Marina supports Bioregional’s corporate advisory team on sustainability reporting and eco-product research, as well as getting involved with our sustainable places work.
Prior to joining Bioregional, Marina worked on putting together a large-scale, GCRF-funded research proposal on urban inequalities for her alma mater UCL. She was also involved in a project which assessed the livelihoods programs of an international volunteering organisation.
In September 2016, Marina gained a distinction in her MSc in Environment & Sustainable Development at the Development Planning Unit of UCL. This included a thesis which explored the role of urban agriculture in creating cleaner and more just cities. She also holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations and German from the University of Leeds.
Outside of work, Marina can usually be found curled up with a fantasy fiction book, attempting to dance at live gigs in Brighton, or exploring local parks and countryside.
