BioRegional
Quintain Ltd was established in 2004.
Its aim is to lead in the creation of sustainable communities
across the UK through the comprehensive application of One
Planet Living principles. The company aims to deliver
500 homes per year by 2010 and are on target to achieve this.
Current schemes in the pipeline, including joint ventures,
total more than 1,000 homes in mixed use communities.
BioRegional Quintain Ltd
has the One Planet Living principles written into
its constitution and so the One Planet Living ethos
informs their corporate practices and business operations
as well as their development projects.
The company is owned 50:50 by Quintain Estates Plc and BioRegional
Properties Ltd.
