BioRegional and BioRegional Quintain Ltd are working together to bring about a large scale exemplar sustainable community in London. The working title for this scheme is the OPL London project and it will ideally include around 2,000 homes (either new homes, retrofitted existing homes or a mix of the two) and a complete range of mixed uses.

The aim of this Flagship project will be to demonstrate every aspect of sustainable living and to enable residents of the scheme as well as the surrounding community to bring about one planet living in their work, their leisure and their schooling.

A starting point for the project is the concept work by BioRegional and their partners on the
Z-squared community.

We believe there is a powerful case for a large scale exemplar scheme in London.
