Education for Schools

BedZED Exhibition and Show Home

BioRegional’s BedZED exhibition is aimed primarily at construction industry professionals and further education students. GCSE students of relevant subjects may also find the exhibition interesting. If you would like to bring a class to the exhibition please contact Angela Roberts:

Although BioRegional do not offer tailored education for schools, we do recommend Cut the Carbon who are able to visit schools and provide education in sustainability.

Cut the Carbon – Improving Carbon Literacy in Schools

Cut the Carbon delivers in-school training to improve carbon literacy. It uses balloons, globes and the Cut the Carbon board game, to offer a fun and interactive introduction to the concept of low carbon lifestyles and homes. We usually spend two hours with each class and tailored packages can include a presentation on BedZED. The Cut the Carbon game and materials are all left with the school, so they can repeat the exercise.

Please contact Simon Corbey on simon@cutthecarbon.com or 07837 568 011 to discuss your requirements.
