Matt provides support on our corporate advisory and sustainable places work. He is currently helping put together recommendations for Kingfisher on which materials it should focus on in its commitment to sustainable products.
Matt joins Bioregional with over two years’ experience as an environmental consultant at Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure. During his time at Capita, he played a crucial role in a number of projects. This included managing the environmental consents for the River Thames Scheme, the largest area of developed floodplain in England without flood defences.
He has a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Brighton.
Matt is always keen for an adventure. He has cycled extensively across Indonesia, Africa and Europe and recently sailed across the Atlantic. With a love for the outdoors, last summer he volunteered as a team leader for an internationally recognised conservation programme in Thórsmörk, Iceland.
