Russell is a partner in rustybrown a consultancy that designs and facilitates projects and group processes for leaders and groups wanting to transform complex social, economic and political systems. Russell has a background in science and adult education.
He has held leadership roles in environmental planning, community development and organisational change in Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East. A number of the projects he has led have helped those organisations win national awards in training and development, sustainability and climate change.
Russell also devotes his time to his love of outdoor adventure, local community building and a one planet farm he is developing with his partner Sue.
