She is passionate about the power of storytelling and experiential learning and works with change agents in business to build compelling narratives and strategic activities that drive action.

At SustainAbility, she specialized in stakeholder engagement and materiality, and led research initiatives including how to embed purpose into business. Previously, she was director of communications and sustainability at BT Retail where she spearheaded the sustainability strategy and was the CEO’s representative on the pan-BT Environment and Climate Change Taskforce.

For Business in the Community, she helped launch The Prince’s Countryside Fund, an alliance of businesses supporting UK farming, and a consumer-facing campaign called START. For the Mayor of London, she developed stakeholder engagement plans for flagship climate change initiatives. Zoë is also board trustee of environmental charity Hubbub.
