How Bioregional researched and delivered a pivotal report for Thames Valley Berkshire LEP, which sets out a route to a more sustainable, net-zero Berkshire
After joining Bioregional in 2013 I worked on the UK's first Eco Town development, NW Bicester, helping to deliver its sustainability aspirations using the One Planet Living Framework. I have helped to deliver a range of environmental projects across the wider town of Bicester and I’m currently a long-standing director of Bicester Green, a thriving reuse and sustainability centre.
I worked in the planning department of a local authority as Sustainable Growth Officer and for Building Research Establishment (BRE) where I worked on large scale masterplans nationally and internationally and engaged with local authorities on sustainable planning and renewable energy.
When I'm not at work
I love spending time with my young family, watching almost any sport (especially my beloved Watford FC), attempting to still play football, getting out into the wild, pretending to bird watch and grow my own fruit and vegetables!
